Marion is trained in a number of therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Systemic Therapies (foundation), MANTRA, EMDR, anger management and Psychodynamic approaches.
Fluent in English and French, she is highly experienced in delivering both short and long-term psychological interventions for individuals, groups, or families. In addition, Marion is highly experienced in completing psychological assessments, formulations and psychometric tests such as WAIS-IV (IQ), ADOS II and PD screening test.
Working in collaboration with dieticians, sports therapists, and coaches, Marion has extensive experience helping people manage their physical health issues such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GORD) and obesity.
Following the NICE guidelines and the HCPC/ BPS ethical framework, Marion understands and applies therapeutic techniques and processes adapted to the needs of her clients.
