Sleep Eazzzy 

Our Sleep Eazzzy group is designed for those experiencing sleep difficulties such as Insomnia. Based on Cognitive Behaviour Therapy which has been specifically tailored to sleep disorders, this group will support you to develop good sleep practices that are often overlooked in everyday life, whilst also teaching you techniques to improve sleep efficiency and promote greater relaxation necessary for good sleep. Facilitated by a Clinical Psychologist and alongside peers similarly struggling with sleep difficulties, this group will also support you to explore and overcome thinking patterns related to sleep that are understood to exacerbate these problems. Run at the end of the day, we hope that you will be able to take your learnings and techniques straight home with you that night to put into practice.
