Throughout his career—including a pivotal leadership role at General Healthcare Group, one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers—Mr. Hayes has led business expansion, financial oversight, and the integration of major operations, such as the transition involving BMI Healthcare and other healthcare businesses. His background ensures that The Fitzrovia Psychology Clinic upholds the highest standards of professional conduct, regulatory compliance, and operational transparency.

Working collaboratively with the clinical founder and co-founders, Mr. Hayes is responsible for the clinic’s overall strategy, business effectiveness, and continuous quality improvement.
