Urgent Help

Please note that The Fitzrovia Psychology Clinic is not a crisis service. If you are feeling suicidal or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or believe you may be at risk of harm from someone else, external help is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Click here for guidance.

We strongly advise that you follow the below risk management guidance: Call 999 immediately, go to your nearest A&E department, contact your local NHS Crisis Resolution Team (CRT) and/or visit your local GP.
