  • Working with Gabrielle has been life-changing for me. For decades I have had various issues in relation to my relationship with food and body image and at the age of 44, had started to wonder if I could ever change. After reaching a real low, I decided to seek help and found Gabrielle. Our sessions have been incredibly useful, thought provoking and insightful. I’ve been able to work through many assumptions I held about myself and have challenged many internal narratives that I held. I’ve reached the most freeing sense of acceptance about myself and my body and food no longer represents something to fear, control or restrict. I used to read testimonials about people who had reached the place I am now in, but didn’t believe that I would ever be in a position where I could write one, yet here I am! I can’t recommend Gabrielle highly enough
