Right to Complain

If you have concerns about a privacy breach, you can submit a complaint to The Fitzrovia Psychology Clinic by emailing hello@thefitzroviaclinic.com.

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within five (5) business days and aim to resolve the matter as quickly as possible, within one (1) month from the date of your complaint. If we require more time, we will inform you of the delay and provide an explanation.

If you are not satisfied with our response or the way we have handled your complaint, you may escalate your concerns to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at:
