Dr Tamara Licht Musso
Tamara Licht Musso is an HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist and Counselling Psychologist and a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. She completed her postgraduate training in Clinical and Health Psychology with First-Class Honours.
Tamara has extensive experience working across both the NHS (IAPT and CAMHS) and private practice, providing specialist psychological assessment and intervention for children, young people, and adults. She is highly skilled in psychometric and neuropsychological assessment, including:
- Cognitive assessments
- Learning difficulties (such as dyslexia)
- Neurodevelopmental assessments for ADHD and ASD
- Medico-legal reports and expert witness work
Alongside assessment, Tamara offers evidence-based therapy tailored to individual needs. She draws primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and psychodynamic approaches, and integrates Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Play Therapy, and Mindfulness when indicated.

- Anxiety and generalised anxiety disorder (GAD)

Tamara particularly enjoys working with individuals navigating the challenges of ADHD and ASD, as well as supporting parents in understanding and supporting their children’s emotional, behavioural, and neurodevelopmental needs.
Tamara also brings a wealth of experience in supervision and training, having supported psychology trainees and professionals across ADHD, ASD, and general mental health fields. She has delivered workshops and group programmes and is committed to nurturing the next generation of psychologists through reflective, supportive supervision.
Beyond her clinical work, Tamara has provided duty of care for television productions and has contributed expert commentary to several press articles, helping to bring psychological insight into the public domain.
Her approach is compassion-focused, evidence-based, and carefully tailored to each individual, supporting children, young people, and adults to feel understood and empowered in their journey toward wellbeing.
