She is trained in a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Eating Disorders (CBT-E), ARFID treatment, and family-based treatments (FT-AN), enabling her to tailor care to complex eating and feeding difficulties.

Eda specialises in supporting individuals with eating disorders, autism-related feeding challenges, weight management difficulties, and gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS. She has a particular professional interest in the gut–brain axis and the relationship between nutrition and mental health, integrating this understanding into her clinical work where appropriate. Her experience includes refeeding risk assessment and management, nutrition education, parental support, and the development of evidence-informed clinical guidelines.

Eda is passionate about empowering individuals and families through personalised, collaborative care plans that support long-term recovery and well-being. Her work integrates evidence-based nutrition therapy with motivational interviewing and psychoeducation, delivered in a non-judgemental and empathetic manner. She is committed to helping clients rebuild a healthy relationship with food and supporting them throughout their recovery journey.
