Urgent Help

The Fitzrovia Psychology Clinic is not a crisis service. If you are feeling suicidal or at risk of harming yourself or someone else, or believe you may be at risk of harm from someone else, help is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

It is important to let your therapist or other leading healthcare professional know as soon as possible. In the meantime however, we strongly advise that you immediately follow the below risk management guidance:

Call 999 immediately, go to your nearest A&E department, contact your local NHS Crisis Resolution Team (CRT) and visit your GP.
